2019 New Jersey Private Equity Real Estate Conference

On July 30, 2019, CSG and Institutional Real Estate, Inc. will host leading institutional investors, private equity fund managers and New Jersey developers/operators for an invitation-only exploration of the investor-to-operator relationship and investment goals in the New Jersey real estate market and beyond.

Mitchell S. Berkey, Co-Chair of CSG’s Real Estate Group, and Jonathan A. Schein, Global Head of Business Development with IREI, will co-chair this dynamic program.

Mitch will moderate “Sourcing Capital and Fund Managers vs. Sourcing Deals and Operating Companies,” covering best practices for fund managers and general partners when evaluating sponsors and deals, as well as time-tested approaches to pursuing equity relationships. Jonathan will moderate “The Look from the Top of the Investment Pyramid: Institutional Investors/LPs Unleased,” discussing investors and limited partners’ considerations when selecting fund managers and general partners.

Mitch and Jonathan will co-moderate the closing panel, “Bringing It All Together: Investor/Fund Manager/Operating Company Town Hall,” which will examine how investment dollars are allocated, how funds are managed, how operators are selected and how deals are made.
