CSG Adds to Growing Trusts & Estates Group

L-R: Tara Lotito, Steven A. Loeb, John Paul D. Dziuba II, Heidi I. Hansen

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is pleased to announce the arrival of Steven A. Loeb and Heidi I. Hansen as members in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group.

Loeb brings more than 15 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, charitable planning, marital planning, and nonprofit formation and counseling. In addition, he is adept at addressing the needs of his individual and corporate clients on matters involving asset protection, domestic and international tax planning, and corporate transactions – including spin-offs, mergers, and divestitures.

Hansen’s practice focuses on complex estate planning, gift tax planning, and estate administration matters. She assists individuals, businesses, and estates with tax audits and in the United States Tax Court; collaborates frequently with white collar defense attorneys in defending criminal tax matters; and helps form, and advises, nonprofit organizations.

They join CSG from Fein Such Kahn & Shepard, P.C.

“In today’s environment of ever evolving tax laws and complex family relationships, Heidi and Steve possess both the legal skills and personality required to best meet the needs of our clients,” said David L. Schlossberg, Chair of CSG’s Trusts & Estates Group. “We are excited to have them bring their talents to the firm.”

“At a time when the legal marketplace is increasingly competitive and rapidly consolidating, it is particularly gratifying that skilled, productive attorneys – such as Steve and Heidi – are looking to affiliate their practices with CSG and its juggernaut collective of talent,” added Daniel A. Schwartz, Managing Member. “Strategic growth remains a priority as we continue to cultivate a rich pipeline of candidates at all levels.”

CSG’s Trusts & Estates Group has also recently welcomed Counsel Tara Lotito and Associate John Paul D. Dziuba II – who joined the firm from Goldman & Kramer and Fein Such, respectively.
