Food Writing Forum: Opportunities and Challenges in a Digital Age

Neha Bhalani will serve on the "Whose Recipe Is it? Intellectual Property & Provenance" panel at The New School's Food Writing Forum: Opportunities and Challenges in a Digital Age on April 5, 2019. The panel discussion, scheduled for 3:30 – 5:05 pm, will explore which aspects of recipes can (and cannot) be protected under copyright and patent laws, the ethics of recipe writing, and strategies for dealing with those who use intellectual property without proper acknowledgment.
