Cyber Security and Opportunity Zone Investing

Michelle Schaap, Jennifer Porter and Bonnie Diaz will be speaking during a CB Title seminar regarding cyber security and opportunity zone investing on March 12, 2019. Michelle will discuss the “touch points” for real estate developers, owners and operators when it comes to their intangible data during her presentation titled, “Cyber Security & Intangible Property Perils That May Impact Your Real Property” from 8:30 – 9:30 am. Jennifer and Bonnie will address the core concepts of investments and real estate development in Qualified Opportunity Zones in their session titled, “Opportunity Zone Investing & Real Estate Development: Land Use, Zoning & Tax Considerations” from 9:30 – 10:30 am. The event, scheduled from 8:00 – 10:30 am, will be held at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.
