CSG Announces Four Attorney Promotions

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is pleased to announce four attorney promotions, effective January 1, 2019. The changes are as follows:

Christopher R. Paldino, formerly counsel, has been promoted to member in the firm’s Litigation Group. He has more than 16 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving product liability, automobile negligence, construction liability claims, architect/engineer liability claims, civil rights claims, and claims against government entities and public employees. He is also experienced in handling general commercial and real estate litigation matters.

Michael R. Caruso, formerly an associate, has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Groups. Caruso focuses his practice on creditors’ rights in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, commercial mortgage foreclosure, business insolvency, and complex disputes involving real estate, equipment leasing, tax liens, and secured transactions.

Scott C. Hollander, formerly an associate, has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group. He concentrates his practice in the fields of complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and internal corporate investigations. He routinely litigates commercial disputes in state and federal courts, and is counsel to corporations and individuals in high-stakes investigations and prosecutions.

Abigail J. Remore, formerly an associate, has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Remore represents clients in trademark, copyright and trade dress litigation before various federal courts and in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She also handles a wide range of intellectual property (IP) enforcement, licensing, and due diligence matters, as well as matters involving trademark clearance and prosecution.

“These promotions round out what was an exciting 2018 for CSG -- with the strategic addition of several practice groups, more than 30 new employees across the firm, and five key lateral hires at the member level,” said Managing Member Daniel A. Schwartz. “As we continue to build with an eye toward the future, I am confident these dynamic attorneys will be instrumental in bolstering CSG’s standing among the region’s most forward-thinking, entrepreneurial law firms.”
