Liquor License Renewal Season is Upon Us
The 2016 - 2017 New Jersey liquor license renewal season is upon us. All current New Jersey liquor licenses will expire on June 30, 2016.
All 2016 – 2017 renewals must be done online, using the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control's (ABC) electronic web based licensing system, POSSE ABC, that was launched during the 2015 – 2016 renewal period.
Licensees should be on the look-out for the following items:
- License Renewal Notification sent directly from the ABC to the licensee’s email address of record, which includes a link to POSSE ABC.
- Municipal Specific Renewal Materials, if any, sent directly by the municipality where the license is located to the licensee’s address of record.
If a Licensee has not received these any or all of these materials to date, the Licensee should contact the ABC and/or the municipality where the license is located in order to ensure the timely renewal of its license.
