Trusts: Types, Features and Taxation

Roxanna Hammett, a member of the firm's Trust and Estates Group, will serve as a speaker during Financial Planning Association's Regional Breakfast Meeting on September 16, 2015 in Hamilton, NJ . Roxy will be presenting on "Trusts: Types, Features and Taxation." The presentation will provide an overview on specific trusts to address objectives in the fields of estate planning, elder care and special needs. The taxation of contributions, earnings and distributions to the trusts will also be discussed. 

1 CFP CE credit was applied for with the CFP Board of Standards. Pending acceptance of the CFP CE credit, this meeting will qualify for 1 Accounting CPE CE.
