Estate Administration from Start to Finish

Roxanna Hammett, a member of the firm's Trust and Estates Group, will serve as a speaker during the National Business Institute's "Estate Administration from Start to Finish" seminar on December 15, 2014. Roxy will be presenting on "Commencement of Proceedings and Information Gathering" and "Initial Steps to the Estate Administration Process." The course will provide a comprehensive overview of estate administration, including proper asset valuation and distribution, taxation and account closing procedures.
