Executive Exchange Inc. Meeting: Cyber & Privacy Concerns for the New Year

On January 11,  Michelle A. Schaap, a Member of the CSG Law Privacy & Data Security Group, presented, "Cyber and Privacy Concerns for the New Year" at an Executive Exchange Inc. (EEI) Conference. Ms. Schaap focused her discussion on cyber and data security and privacy concerns facing businesses in 2023, including supply chain risks and mitigation strategies; employee risks, watchdogs and anomalies; wire fraud; breach notification obligations and planning; and cyber insurance.
