CSG Law Welcomes Dominic Leone

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Dominic Leone has joined the firm as an associate with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group.

Before joining CSG Law, Dominic served as a corporate law associate for a full-service law firm. In this role, Dominic counseled clients on corporate governance and other business transactions including private equity fund formations, merger and acquisitions, asset and stock purchase agreements, and security and pledge agreements.

Earlier in his career, Dominic worked for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in its Department of Law – Financial Affairs and State Contracting. In this role, he counseled and represented certain divisions within the Department of the Treasury, including the Division of Purchase and Property, the Office of Public Finance, the Office of Information Technology, the Division of Investment, and authorities including the Economic Development Authority.

Dominic earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Noel L. Hillman of the United States District Court of New Jersey, the Office of Technology Commercialization at Rowan University, and the Office of Technology Transfer at West Virginia University. Dominic received his B.S. in Chemical Biology from Saint Joseph’s University.
