Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast: Nuts and Bolts of New Jersey's New Brownfield Tax Incentives and Loan Program

CSG's Robert H. Crespi and Dennis M. Toft will co-moderate a Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast virtual program, "Nuts and Bolts of New Jersey’s New Brownfield Tax Incentives and Loan Program," covering two new initiatives stemming from the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020 — the Brownfield Loan Program and Brownfields Redevelopment Incentive Program Act, which are aimed specifically at facilitating and incentivizing the brownfields redevelopment process for the real estate development community.
