CSG's Giantomasi, Schwartz and Toft Make Second Consecutive Joint Appearance on 2021 ROI-NJ Influencers Power List

Francis J. Giantomasi, Daniel A. Schwartz and Dennis M. Toft have made their second consecutive appearance together among ROI-NJ’s Influencers: Power List in the “Top Lawyers” category.

A trusted resource to companies and municipalities in the areas of planning, zoning and development law, Frank brings more than three decades of experience representing developers in some of the largest projects that have improved urban areas throughout the state. As ROI-NJ puts it, “Few have been at the real estate game longer in Newark — or do it better.” His contributions to the State’s real estate community emanate far beyond Essex County, however – with his fingerprints and legal savvy embedded on cityscapes from Sussex to Cape May Counties.

Dan is credited as an overseer of CSG’s “massive expansion” as its Managing Member. ROI-NJ notes that he “continues to create a culture and atmosphere that helps attract the top lawyers.” The statement is supported by the firm’s remarkable 2020. Under Dan’s guidance and that of CSG’s leadership committees, the firm surpassed the $80 million revenue milestone, enhanced its geographic footprint and added more than 25 legal and administrative personnel to its ranks – all in the last eleven months.

Dennis, Chair of CSG’s Environmental Group, is touted as “one of the top environmental lawyers in the state.” But his influence extends beyond his leading practice. ROI-NJ recognizes Dennis as “a lawyer who stays active with various business groups” – most notably in his role on the executive committee of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Dennis holds, and has previously held, several high-profile roles with organizations such as the New Jersey Institute of Technology, NAIOP New Jersey and the Nature Conservancy.
