CSG Lands Impressive Debut Ranking Among NJBIZ's Best Places To Work in New Jersey

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) ranked 16th in its debut among NJBIZ’s 2020 Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the large company (more than 250 employees) category. The awards were presented, and the rankings were revealed, during a virtual ceremony on September 17, 2020.

“We are extraordinarily grateful to our employees not only for securing a place for CSG among the State’s leading workplaces, but also for their unwavering, daily dedication to excellence in service to our clients, to our community, and to each other – especially over the course of this year,” said Daniel A. Schwartz, CSG's Managing Member. “Firm leadership is reciprocally committed to maintaining a rewarding, successful workplace culture for all members of the CSG family.”

In evaluating the firm, The Best Places to Work program accounted for factors beyond its robust benefits program, work-life balance initiatives, health and wellness offerings and other employee perks. CSG was also recognized for the opportunities it presents for its attorneys to collaborate on meaningful projects shaping the future of New Jersey, its long standing culture of collegiality and remarkably low turnover rate, and deep community engagement across the State.

It is also worth noting that, since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis to date, CSG has remained financially stable and has not experienced lay-offs, furloughs, employee pay cuts or reductions in Member (Partner) compensation.

Best Places to Work companies are evaluated and ranked based upon employee feedback in the “Best Places to Work” survey administered by Best Companies Group. The program collects data confidentially, allowing employees to comfortably share feedback about the companies they work for.
