Lana D. Berman Israel practices with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group, where her background as an attorney and in academia provides invaluable expertise to her corporate and banking clients and their legal teams.
Lana continues to work as an adjunct professor at a prestigious New Jersey law school in their division of online learning. In 2020, she served as counsel at a New Jersey-based law firm. Prior to that, she was an associate at a prominent New York law firm. Lana has extensive experience in business law, contracts, asset-backed securitization and structured finance, distressed debt, negotiations, legal writing and research, and client relations.
Lana earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and received her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
